• Conference Registration . Invitees are requested to confirm their intention to attend as soon as possible by completing the Conference Registration Form above.

• Hotel Accommodation. Invitees are requested to make their hotel reservations as soon as possible. This can be done online: Hotel Registration directly from here.

• REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.

• Registration fees include documentation, refreshments, gala event and conference report.

• If you are unable to attend and inform us by fax more than one week prior to the conference: (a) your registration fee can be credited to another colleague or a future conference, or (b) a full refund will be issued.

• For late cancellations or "no-shows", we will retain 600 Euro from your registration fee payment.
